We take a holistic approach at the Dana c. Christian law firm. We focus on the relationship between the father and the child more than other firms. We have the pro-active father clients work on that relationship throughout the process despite confining restrictive visitation orders.
The unfair playing field is a uniform P.C. (political correctness) phenomenon working against men and fathers across America, and much of the western world for that matter. In forcing the courts to stay in line with the rule of law, I have had much success working for fathers. We strive to insure that the rule of law prevails, despite a divorce industry which is notorious for corruption, for un-balanced rulings against men and fathers, for funneling money to crony social workers, evaluators, guardians, and even into judges' slush funds. I see no authority in either the federal nor state constitution for government intrusion into the family which forces the exclusion of a family member and surgically separates him from his paycheck. But it is the system we have and there are ways to deal with its unfairness.
Dana C. Christian has contributed to the legal precedents that balance the system against the feminist presumptions in winning his own appeal at the Montana Supreme Court striking down illegal restraining orders against men. See (1999) 983 Pacific Reporter 2nd at p.966 and 1999 MT 189.
