Explanation: Mr. Christian is admitted to practice in U.S. Tax Court. In the year 2000: Dana represented the Ruby Mountain Trust in US tax Court in Helena, MT. contesting the IRS' tax assessments against the trust over several tax years. Christian, in 1999, went to court to obtain a restraining order against his ex wife due to her violent outbursts during visitation transfers of their son. Without any request for one, the feminist-leaning Montana divorce court judge NelsSwandal gave a restraining order against Attorney Christian to his ex wife. Dana also got his restraining order against his ex wife granted. Attorney Christian appealed to the Montana Supreme Court. Attorney Christian got the high court to reverse the District Court and rescind the restraining order against him on the grounds that divorce courts are not free to pass out restraining orders against men without solid legal grounds.
